A brief, confidential call to understand your requirements in depth. This is not a sales call — it is the information gathering that lets us serve you precisely.

Curated Presentation — Day 5–10

We present a shortlist of properties that match your criteria — typically 2 to 4 assets, each accompanied by an internal assessment document. Never a mass listing.

Private Viewing — Week 2–3

Viewings are arranged exclusively at times that suit you. You are never on-site with other prospective buyers. Our Architectural Director accompanies when requested.

Negotiation & Close — Week 4–8

From offer strategy to due diligence coordination to legal close. We handle every element — your involvement is limited to decisions, not administration.

Is my inquiry truly confidential?

Yes. Your identity, financial parameters, and interest in any specific property are never disclosed to sellers, other agents, or any third party. ARX operates under strict non-disclosure at every stage.

Do I need to be pre-qualified financially?

We don't require formal pre-approval at inquiry stage. However, we do ask for a general indication of acquisition budget to ensure our shortlist is appropriately targeted. This information stays entirely with your Managing Partner.

What if I'm looking to sell, not buy?

Select "Discreet Asset Liquidation" in the inquiry form. Our divestiture process is entirely off-market — your property is never publicly listed, and buyer contact is managed entirely through ARX.

How does ARX differ from a traditional brokerage?

We operate as a private advisory, not a transactional brokerage. We carry a maximum of 12 active client relationships at any time. You receive a dedicated Managing Partner — not a junior agent — for the duration of your engagement.

What are your fees?

Fee structure is discussed in full during your qualification call and is tailored to the scope of engagement. For acquisition mandates, fees are typically absorbed on the seller side. For divestiture and advisory, we provide a bespoke proposal.
